The boys can't throw a football far enough to
cross the back of the lot! Behind us- 40 acres
of meadow and creekbed to explore. It will be
months or years before it is fully developed.

Beneath a spectacular sky, at last we see the
outline of the foundation take shape. The
little yellow sign reads "Home Sweet Mud".
The tree line to the left is an old property line.

Pipes and plastic - all the plumbing that lies
under the foundation is ready for the concrete.-

Standing in our "doorway" at last, Danny and
the boys stand on our home's foundation.
