The first day of spring is also New Year's Day in Iran! Mrs. Badiee brought a special treat to the Pack Meeting. She shared part of her family's traditional New Year's celebration display. She taught us about the meaning of each of the symbols on the holiday table. It was fascinating to learn about a holiday celebration from the other side of the world! Sirus and his sister looked great in their traditional Iranian outfits. We all got to sample a delicious New Year's treat. Thanks, Mrs. Badiee!
